The Diffuser 50 has turned out to be a really handy lighting tool for portrait and small group photographs. It snaps together very quickly and easily accommodates my Nikon SB 910 or SB 800 speed lights with wireless triggers. I have used the two I purchased with speed lights on regular light stands and on monopods that are held by an assistant and remotely triggered to light a small group. The Diffuser 50 has added versatility and quality to the way I light a set in the field. They are well built, easy to deploy and easy to release back to fitting in the storage bags they come with. Light quality is soft and even in a small group shot. I use two of them for larger groups or for special lighting effects.
I did have an issue with one of them when I first received them. But SMDV (the manufacturer in Korea) responded immediately via Express mail with a replacement part -- and a few extra spare parts as well. Their timely response made me feel that any issues would be take care of expeditiously.
I am a very happy customer who would gladly recommend this product to other pro or semi pro photographers.
