Length:: 0:01 MinsI purchased 2 of these camera's over a month ago. The night vision is ok, but one of the camera's has a reflection of the camera lens off of the front glass at night. So when the IR comes on you get a blurry view of the camera lens. I've uploaded a video of the reflection.
The other one has a pretty good picture, even at night however the camera just quit working all together.
I have tried contacting them about this and I don't know if they don't believe me or don't understand what I'm trying to explain. I even sent them pictures of the video. Two weeks ago when they ceased returning any of my emails. These are expensive camera's for the company not to stand behind.
No website. No contact phone number.

So they finally got back to me, wouldn't admit I was right but we did fix the problem by moving the lens closer to the front glass and now the "reflection" is gone. The picture is a lot better.
I would have given them more stars but I can't get past the long wait times on customer service and me having to fix the camera myself. Plus they could have admitted I was right.
Camera is good quality, and would recommend.
