Bought this mic a few weeks ago to use inside of our baby grand piano. It produces a really great sound and really captures the true sound of our piano. Before we had an open lid with a mic in the piano on a stand and had problems with feedback. Going this route has enabled us to eliminate feedback from the piano completely. We taped the mic to the inside of the lid and closed the lid, and the sound is tremendous. Highly recommend this mic for anyone looking for a good solution to miking a grand or baby grand piano!
