My troubles started the moment I got this system in the mail. I tried to get customer support and tech support, but that is only available with three day notice. I still have troubles with this machine with the scanning and the loading into my computer. A brand new laptop with windows 8. There is NO customer service number to call, nor is there anyone in tech support that will do live chat.

The machine might be a great unit. However, the absence of any customer service or tech support negates all of that.
