I was looking for a decent price, decent image, decent night vision and I think I found it!
Looking for night vision that I could used when things go bump in the night! With the cost being the driving factor. I found that the unit is easy to use the control buttons are very accessible, the image quality good.
Testing the unit - test subject my dog, time 1am, location my backyard, environment cloudy with no illumination, quite dark. I was able to see my dog on his walkabout @ various distances up to 50 feet, I could see his body, tail, ears, nose and eyes. @ About 100 feet I could see my back fence, trees and bushes. I will be going camping later this year and will update my review.
In the outdoors I feel out to 100 feet would be a good view if something goes bump in the night and U want to see what the critter is up to. It works well considering the cost of the unit.
Gave it 3 stars until I can field test it later this year.
