I've used one of these for years, and while the Leupold is a slightly better scope, it isn't better by the price differential. I am a picky scope user, and if this scope compromised at all, I wouldn't buy it if it were $5.

The light transmission is awesome, and the detail resolution is excellent. I think that these two characteristics are the most important in scopes, given that they are waterproof and shockproof of course.

I'm getting another for my other deer rifle.
