I bought a Nikon Coolpix P520 camera and immediately found out I could not add a UV filter to the lens barrel, no threads.

So I bought this Adapter kit which also comes with 2 filters and 1 Polarizing filter.
I must say I am very impressed of how good it works, just slips onto the end of the camera lens barrel and is a very snug fit about a 1/4 inch slip fit over the lens barrel (no screws or other attachments).

The filters are first rate and the Polarizing filter is as well.

I am very happy with this item although it was a bit expensive, but if it saves me from scratching my camera lens then it is worth the extra cost rather than buying a whole new camera.

Highly recommend for any any camera that has no threads for attaching filters. Just make sure you order the correct size.
