This is the best zoom magnifier you can get currently, and worth much more than it costs. Clear, crisp optics, akin to High-end lenses on a camera. A lot of people mention the placement of the zoom ring, but understand it is there because that is the only part that can move for internal focus. Would you rather the scope rotated or hit you in the eye when zooming? Best part is the adjustable lens to center your reticle, although it really isn't necessary with a properly zeroed RDS.

Perfect 1/3 lower cowitness when used with the American Defense SM-01 mount (NOT the Vortex Sm-01), which is sadly not available on Amazon. You can get it from American Defense or direct from Lucid. Simply unbelievable customer service from Lucid! I think this will be a hard to get item soon... Update - be careful when you get up to 5x when firing heavily. Mine locked up on me, but patience and gentle rocking got it back in shape. Not sure whether it will do it again, but will come back and edit if it does.
