Awesome light. VERY BRIGHT and has a lot of power.

Works flawlessly with batteries.

However, DOES NOT work with AC Power Adapter? When you press the Power button, the back LED panel will flicker for 1 second. And this only flickers sometimes. Most of the time, you press the power button and there is no response. :(
