Well, I have been searching for a camera backpack for quite sometime. Finally, I decided to try Clik Elite.
It's because the price is acceptable, and what I concern most is the outlook of backpack. Most of camera backpack have a high profile look, that everyone on the street will know you are having a large camera in your backpack.

While for Clik, it is more balanced, you'll feel it just like a backpack for outdoor activities. I like it's size and the possibility for fast assess your gear at the top. And, it can still hold a 70-200 f2.8 inside and a macbook air 11" at the backside pocket. thus, it is a good fit to my equipment.

You still have spare pocket for personal stuff, I'll try to use it for my coming trip.

It is more expensive than Lowepro, but, you just need a good one for many years. Thus, it's worth to pay a bit more.
