A great set of handles and tray for your camera. Well built, but a little heavy especially if you travel. Dual handles allow you to attach two accessories (the trade off for the weight). The quick detach buttons make for easy and quick on/off of your accessory arms. Buttons have a fair amount of spring tension so they aren't accidentally pushed while in the water. Tray comes with several adapters to mount other brands of housings to the tray. I found that the dual handles give me better stability while taking photos underwater. Last weekend my dive buddy ended up running low on air which created the need to do a 100 yard kelp crawl on the surface. I was concerned about losing my strobe or focus light during this. Other than being a bit on the heavy side, the tray and arms held together just fine throughout the whole crawl and provided me with a very positive grip to hang on to even with my 5mm gloves. I'd recommend to anyone who wants a stable camera platform.
